Jump to Recipe

A unique twist on classic spaghetti. Use this method to fancy up your normal pasta night. It’s just cheesy spaghetti, but it looks awesome. Totally amps up a stay-at-home date night or when you have guests over. Simple, too! Cook the noodles, stir in the cheese and other ingredients and bake it for 40 minutes. The whole thing can be done in an hour.

BAKED SPAGHETTI IN A BUNDT PAN

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese

1 ½ cups of whole milk

¾ cup of shredded parmesan cheese

3 eggs, beaten

2 ½ teaspoons of black pepper

2 teaspoons of salt

1 jar of pasta sauce

Butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  2. Butter the bundt pan
  3. Boil the spaghetti noodles in a pot of water per package instructions
  4. Drain the noodles and add to a large bowl
  5. Add the shredded cheeses, milk, eggs, salt and pepper and stir to combine well
  6. Pour the spaghetti mixture into the buttered bundt pan and bake for 40 minutes. If it appears the top is browning too quickly, cover it with tin foil
