Ingredients
- 1 Count Turkey Breast
- Seasonings as desired
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Lightly pull back the skin on the turkey breast and apply seasoning to the meat before replacing the skin on the meat
- Roast uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes per pound, checking internal temperature frequently. Turkey is fully cooked when the thickest part of the meat is 165 degrees.
- Note, this meat will carry over cook so to maintain juiciness consider pulling the meat out of the oven when internal temperature reads 155 degrees.
- Let the turkey rest under loosely placed aluminum foil for at least 20 minutes before slicing and serving
