Lightly pull back the skin on the turkey breast and apply seasoning to the meat before replacing the skin on the meat
Roast uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes per pound, checking internal temperature frequently. Turkey is fully cooked when the thickest part of the meat is 165 degrees.
Note, this meat will carry over cook so to maintain juiciness consider pulling the meat out of the oven when internal temperature reads 155 degrees.
Let the turkey rest under loosely placed aluminum foil for at least 20 minutes before slicing and serving
