Egg Roll In A Bowl
All the awesome flavors and textures of an egg roll, in a bowl!

- 1 Pound Ground Meat Pork, beef, chicken, turkey all work well
- 1 Onion White or yellow, try to avoid red
- 3 Cloves Garlic Or-1 TBSP jarred garlic/squeeze garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger - grated Or squeeze ginger
- 1 Bag Shredded Cabbage Or coleslaw mix cabbage bag
- 1 Cup Shredded Carrots
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- To taste Salt and Pepper
- 1 Bunch Green onions Cut however you like
Cook the meat of your choice, if there's a bunch of fat in the pan when you're done get rid of most of that. Make sure the meat is broken up really well.
Dice the onion and add to the pan with the meat
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 3-4 minutes until it smells good
Make sure your heat is at least 6/10 or higher and add the cabbage and carrots, cook stirring frequently for 5-7 minutes
Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and stir to combine. Taste at this step for seasoning, soy sauce can oftentimes be very salty so you might not need to add any
Add seasoning as needed, remove from skillet and top with green onion, sesame seeds, sriracha or YumYum sauce and a fried egg if you want!
