Or white, or rice vinegar

Sugar
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Slice the cucumbers into discs, tomatoes in half and red onion into long slices
Combine the sugar and vinegar and pour over the vegetables
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight
Season with Salt and Pepper to taste
